Owner & Head Coach Rob Dinnie brings over 30 years of youth soccer coaching experience across Scotland, England, and the United States, with particular expertise in working with younger players.

 

Rob served 13 years as Youth Academy Director at Space Coast United in Florida, building a comprehensive youth development program. In 2018, he and his family relocated to the Valley (Scottsdale area) to join Phoenix Rising as Director of Staff Performance, focusing on coach development and elevating coaching standards.

 

Rob's combination of hands-on experience with younger players, international exposure, and formal coaching qualifications positions him as a well-rounded soccer educator capable of developing both young players and fellow coaches at the highest youth levels.
